Cost of Bugaboo repairs and/or spare parts ?

This is a bit of a long shot but I was wondering if anyone has any idea how much it would cost to repair (or replace) the handle of a Bugaboo Bee ?  It doesn't lock into position when extended.

Is it still under warranty?  We had to get our Chameleon fixed, but took it back to Mothercare (where we got it from) and had it back within a week.  All for free.  IIRC the warranty period is 2 years, so hopefully you'd be within that.  HTH

No, it's not under warranty. 

I would contact Bugaboo through their website and see if they can give you a estimate of a repair or send you out a spare part. I have found them to be pretty good as I have had my cameleon repaired twice under warranty.

MrsMac, do you have an address for them ?  I've gone all through the website and I can't find anything.  The contact form seems to need the serial number and loads of other info that I don't have.

No sorry JB I have always used the contact form on the website. Your serial number should be on the chasis on the pram. I could check my manuals for any addresses / phone numbers if you want x

I don't actually have the pram yet, I'm trying to work out whether it's worth bidding for one on Ebay or not. 

I reckon it's going to go for around £70 so repairs really need to be around the same otherwise H will just say we could get a stroller.

They took a while to get back to me so hope they're a bit quicker for you.  I also spoke to a couple of suppliers who said they were a bit of a pain to deal with. Lets hope they are efficient this time.
