Hello!
I am a Jan 2012 bride so have got quite a bit of time to slim.
I am at the moment about 18ish on top and 20/22 on the bottom. Idealy by Spring 2011 i would like to be atleast a 16. I think i need to loose about 5 stone.
Eating i think i do well, a typical day is cereal for breakfast (usually cornflakes or weetabix). Lunch is soup or ryvitas with extra light philidephia and i always take a box of chopped up things cherry tomatoes, cucumber etc. And then for tea i will have a meal which consists of a meat, a couple of potatoes or a bit of pasta with either veg or salad. I have snacks in the day, i do have the odd packet of quavers (3 times a week at the most) and yoghurts that consist of about 60cals, and plenty of fruit.
Excerise, i have just started my weekly routine. A monday OR tuesday i will do a fitness Dvd, wedneday aqua aerobics with one of my bridesmades, a friday a Dvd with one of my good friends, and then at the weekend i will go for a long walk. I will also try and fit in walks in between but i really dont have alot more time that what i can find due to certain things.
Any ideas on where i can improve what i am doing?
