    Hello!

    I am a Jan 2012 bride so have got quite a bit of time to slim.

    I am at the moment about 18ish on top and 20/22 on the bottom. Idealy by Spring 2011 i would like to be atleast a 16. I think i need to loose about 5 stone.

    Eating i think i do well, a typical day is cereal for breakfast (usually cornflakes or weetabix). Lunch is soup or ryvitas with extra light philidephia and i always take a box of chopped up things cherry tomatoes, cucumber etc. And then for tea i will have a meal which consists of a meat, a couple of potatoes or a bit of pasta with either veg or salad. I have snacks in the day, i do have the odd packet of quavers (3 times a week at the most) and yoghurts that consist of about 60cals, and plenty of fruit.

    Excerise, i have just started my weekly routine. A monday OR tuesday i will do a fitness Dvd, wedneday aqua aerobics with one of my bridesmades, a friday a Dvd with one of my good friends, and then at the weekend i will go for a long walk. I will also try and fit in walks in between but i really dont have alot more time that what i can find due to certain things.

    Any ideas on where i can improve what i am doing?

    Sounds like you're on the right track to me. Have you only just started trying to lose weight? Make sure you focus on the toning as well so you could keep track of your inches not just your weight. Have you joined the weight lose thread over on wp?

    Well i have been on and off for a while but not really got anywhere. but i am doing it properly now.
