Woo hoo yay i have a.........

...........Refund!!!!  Well the guys at the visa debit chargeback scheme have come up trumps and yesterday paid into my account the £208.12 that i had paid on my dress using my visa debit card!!!  iam still £140 short for the £348 requested by the suppliers to release my dress but hey something is better than nothing, so i can go and pay victoria tomorrow as she had already paid the suppliers for me. x

Yep its a big relief!!

I really dont think i will get anything else back though as i recieved the paperwork back from the administrators and then got H2Bs dad to look over it, (he's an accountant) and he said that the bridal shop was at least £100,000 in debt and only has £6000 assets he said its not worth trying as the big boys will get paid first and the administrators fees are £4000! But - I HAVE MY DRESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think you deserve a whoooo!!!!!!! Glad you've got your dress.  I don't understand how you can get £100,000 in debt! What idiot lets you borrow £100,000!

I really havent a clue how she got into so much debt, i have paperwork showing all the debts and some were utility bills suppliers and her staff !!

I have found out that she is now working at the bridal shop i have gone to to get the kilts and FG dresses but they have been good and are arranging our fittings etc when she is not about!! so long as she stays the hell away from me and anything to do with my wedding i dont care!!
