I'm getting married on the 2nd October in Trunkwell House which is in Reading, Berkshire.  I'm having a black and hot pink theme!

I am not getting married - I did that 9 years ago. I am here as my brother is marrying in Cyprus and I have turned into the chief planner, so came here for some tips and now I am hooked.

Shoegal, sorry to say but I have done all of the main things!  Just need to organise suits, wedding rings and flower girl dresses.  We have a meeting at our venue in May to finalise the menu and all the extras but that is only being done so early because the wedding cordinator is pregnant and going on maternity leave at the end of May - how selfish!!!  JOKE!!!

Thanks for the compliments on my colour scheme everyone!  I was a bit worried about having black but I love it so to hell what everyone else thinks!

Hi there and welcome to the forum.  I love the sound of your colour scheme - I think it works really well!  Your wedding co-ordinator is bad at planning (family wise of course) LOL how inconsiderate to be off on maternity leave months before your wedding (just kidding)!!!!  Have you met her replacement yet?

You're super organised too - not much to worry about!  Do you know what menu to have yet?
