2009 then and now!

Thinking back to the beginning of the year and what a fab journey it's been has got me pondering.

31/12/2008 - 39 weeks pregnant, watching the fireworks from our back garden

31/12/2009 - at work - boo with my 11 and a half month old causing havoc at home!!!!

I started 2009 with:

24ish week bump

and a 16 month old

now

Funnily enough I was sitting here earlier thinking about just that! On the stroke of midnight last year I was in tears, I was so sad that yet another year had passed and I still wasn't pregnant and didn't feel that I was any closer to getting where I wanted to be. On the stroke of midnight tonight I will be the happiest I've ever been and I'll be giving my wondeful husband a huge kiss, my beautiful 4 year old a cuddle and my one week old son a big squidge! This year couldn't be further from where I was last year! Happy 2010 everyone!

It's so amazing how he's changed!

this time last year I has just stopped taking the pill and was hoping to be pregnant by the end of 2009. Things happened faster than I expected and now we are ringing in the new decade with a 2 month old baby!

Such differences!! We had a lovely quiet NYE compared to the past!! My best mate was actually jealous of us!!!

This time last year we were still planning our wedding. We went out and got really drunk to ring in the new year. This year i am pregnant, i was the only sober person at the New Year party last night, but i didn't care, it's all worth it Next year we will have a 5 month old baby

Last new year I was about 5 weeks pregnant, with horrific MS & a bout of gastroenteritis to help me along.  I still managed my bubbly though!

This new year I have a 5 1/2 month old who was on a mission to watch the fireworks
