I've decided I need a plan of action. I'm going to spend as much time on my ball, standing cooking and walking as possible to try and get him moved back down. I'm also going to call the MW next Tuesday and ask her to see me again either that day or on Wednesday, so she can check position of the baby and possibly even do a sweep. I want to give myself every possible chance of going into labour naturally.

I'm also going to employ H's services at least once a day and have a clary sage massage. MrDL has also had a word with Gilbert to stop messing about, so we'll see if that works Laugh

Thanks for all your hugs and advice, it was much appreciated earlier, I couldn't stop crying I was in such a grump with myself. So I'm just about to make Chocolate Guiness Cake to cheer myself up, at least then I'm doing something productive with all this bloody time I have on my hands Big Smile

     Dr Doo Lttle

Don't loose heart.  When i went into hosptial think i was in full established labour and the senor midwife told me i wasn't engaged and the pains were just the babys head, moving down to the right spot.  The triage midwife then examined me at my request 10 mins later and i was 6cm dilated.

I really hope things start happening for you very soon, the waiting is so pants.

Hang in there it will be so worth the wait when you have babe in arms,

Sending buckets of baby out vibes, DDL. I'm sure you'll sit down for dinner on Christmas day, and your waters will go. Hug

It's so frustrating at the end just waiting for something to happen. All this baking sounds suspiciously like nesting to me...

I wish, I think it's more boredom than nesting. H has even broken out a 1000 piece 3D jigsaw puzzle, its that bad Laugh

I spent all last night on my birthing ball and doing pelvic rolls. H thinks my bump has dropped last night, I'm not sure, so we'll wait and see. Off for a clary sage bath now before I get up and do my jobs for the day.
