bridesmaid dress? light in the box????

Hello!

Having wobbles about going to the bridal shop to fork out £145 including alrerations for each bridesmaid dress?

Was light in the box voted the best dress shop to buy from?

Any ideas?

Light in the Box, Landy and Milly seem to be the ones you hear most about.  Lainey on here ordered from LITB and was very impressed.  My Mam also knows someone who ordered a wedding dress from there and she was impressed.

I've just ordered my wedding dress from Landy - so far i've had good communications.  She even MSNs me!! 

That said, i've ended up ordering my BM dresses from the bridal shop as couldn't get what I wanted  (Dessy dresses)

Sure - it's www.landybridal.com.  They also have an ebay store which is asapbay.

Can't comment first hand on the quality (yet) but heard good reports so have took the risk!  Hopefully it should arrive by mid January!

Lainey's dresses were lovely - although I have half a feeling she had to send 'em back initially because one of the sashes was wrong possibly (I could be imagining this, or it could have been someone else) but I know other people have been disappointed. I haven't done it - but partially because I know I'm naff at all the admin that would come if they were wrong. Have you thought about high street dresses at all?

I got some beautiful dresses from lightinthebox, couldnt have asked for more! I didnt have any problems and didnt have to send anything back. I paid an extra £6 to have them made to measure, which was brilliant, would highly reccomend them!

I've just ordered 6 dressed from lightinthebox... and the shipping ws £140!?!? Is this similar to what you paid Laineywhu?

honestly they were fantastic all sizes and really helpful by phone and email to me your needs all dresses are priced reasonable and the dress i got is very similar to one in the bridal shop near me which was over 200 i got them for £79
