Ayone had a silver fingerprint charm etc made??

I used these people http://www.fingerprint-jewellery.co.uk/catalog/ and they were very, very good! A bit pricier than most but I thought they had an impressive website and better choice and pictures of the product.

I used to use the silver stuff they use to make the jewellery and I was impressed with what they did.

I keep thinking I should set up a company doing fingerprints - they seem to do quite good business!

I used these people as well - got a keyring for my mum and my H got me a bracelet (like the Links ones) and a keyring. Really happy with all of them, they're beautiful

Got mine today and was slightly disappointed.

Pepper - No but I knew that the older the child is the clearer the fingerprint lines would be.  So I am pleased with how clear mine is as he was only 7 months when I had it done x

I haven't received them yet but they have replied to all emails and queries immediately and I have been really impressed with their customer service- they were very flexible at providing exactly what I requested even though it wasn't on the website quite as I wanted, the kit came with very clear instructions and they emailed to let me know one of the prints had a crease in it so would be sending me a new kit to take another print.

There is a company near us that does it.  They're a franchise I think but we have been to look and they've shown us their work.  I think James is going to get me something made by Amelia for my Christmas present, as he's been dropping hints and asking me what type of thing I'd like!

I think its a good idea to find a company local to you, that you can go and chat to, see their work etc and not just pick one from online.

I make these, but advise people with children under 10 months that the print is unlikely to be very clear

I have a sample made up from a 6 month old baby to show the detail that you are likely to get, hopefully this avoids disappointment
