O/T what are you getting your husband/h2b for xmas??

I have absolutely no idea what to buy my husband this year. None whatsoever!! 

What's everyone else getting?? 

What about tickets for something?

I've got H2B tickets to see Frankie Boyle.....he blinking knows about it already though!

I know what H2B want for christmas, but its cost too much money, we trying to save money for wedding . hes wanted PS3, and Games... He already got XBOX last year... Now he wanted PS3.. But i dont know what i am getting him rather than PS3...

Thought about Clothes, since hes lost 3 stones, got holi in may 10'...There nothing i can think of!!

or Getting him see Manchester United game... But hes been see the game more than 20 times!!! lol!

We're not getting each other presents (or anyone else for that matter) we can't afford to. We will probably get each other a little gift to open on the day but nothing extravagant, I'd rather spend the money on the wedding tbh.

Gosh I sound so tight

we are thinking of just putting money to the honeymoon instead of buying xmas gifts that neither of us need.  Thats what we are thinking - might not be what happens though....lol

We are also poor people from wedding town and doing a very minimal spend. He wants a £700 watch! I was thinking a photobook to record 2009 (he does actually like thinkgs like that)

A £700 watch?!?! I'd be too scared to wear it!

Although my OH is ALWAYS late (and I'm not just talking about the odd 5 minutes here and there I mean hours!) so maybe a watch (of a cheaper variety) would be a good idea for him....

This year mine fancies a telescope. We have clear skies of an evening as we have no street lighting and the moon looks awesome when its up......our garden is often a shade of blue at night time so I think thats what hes going to get.  Just need to find one!  I have got him some stockingy stuff already, book, puzzles etc..

We are exactly the same. We would rather put the money into the wedding fund, we will buy each other one thing and we have said it has to be under £20 and something we need, just so we have something to open. Ive asked for a new saucepan!!

I'm in the 'poor because of wedding' group!  We're spending £20 on family and £50 on each other.  It was my 21st in the summer and i got spoilt for that, and it's my OH's 30th in Jan so i've arranged a surprise trip to Prague.   As for what to buy him... i really don't know!

I've already bought it - a conservatory. Should be up for Xmas aswell - yippee.

Oh Mrs Spink to be, I loved Prague when we went. That'll be lovely. We went for our 1st wedding anniversary last December.  It was fab.

We're already married but I know we cut back on xmas pressies when saving for our wedding. Now we're moving house so saving again!  Will probably cut back a bit. I can think of ideas like Nintendo Wii or Ipod which I know he'll love.....but we are cutting back and I was thinking up to £40 - £50 on each other this year.  Last year I put together a big photobook on photobox of our honeymoon pics and bought a few other bits like aftershave...he loved it!  Really don't know what to do this year.

Also, does anyone know or already spotted any good ideas for 7 and 10 year old girls.  The whole family are struggling to buy for them this year (my nieces). We've ran out of ideas...!

My daughter is 7 and a half and we too are really struggling for ideas, the things she has on her list at the moment are the new Barbie Three Musketeers doll, Pony in My Pocket Show Ring, Puppy in My Pocket fashion show (there is a theme developing me thinks) Barbie sewing machine, various games for DS and Wii and anything Hello Kitty, she is Hello Kitty daft this year. We have an 11 year old niece and she is very much into Playboy Bunny at the moment, I have bought her a phone charm but not sure if I want to buy anything else Playboy as it doesn't sit well with me for some reason although her parents don't seem to mind, maybe it's just me lol!

Don't think my OH and I will be buying much for each other this year, just a token something.

My OH & I aren't spending much on each other, as we have the wedding to pay for too. Plus our friends are marrying in Oz in March And he's the best man, so we're not in a position to buy loads. (There goes my Tiffany's earrings!!haha) Nieces are kind of easy to buy for, anything High School Musical or overly girly is great! I have 2 nieces, 3 & 4, so they're getting DVD's and a barbie I think... x

Last year i got my H2B tickets for a champagne flight on the london eye with dinner in chez gerrad we finally got to go this summer and it was great.

This year i have got him a PS3 package with 1 game 1 blu-ray dvd and a hdmi lead i have been hunting for the best package deals out there for a while and this one from zavvi seemed quite reasonable  x
