O/T quidco

I joined up the other day, put an order in to M&S and it seemed to recongnise it the next day and I have 90p! I put an order in to ELC through quidco on Monday (totaling £104 for a kitchen) its been delivered but quidco still hasnt reconised it yet? Does it take a while for some companies? What can I do if it doesnt recognise it in a week or so or do I loose out on the money?

Haven't used Quidco for a while but when I did, it took a while for the money to make it into my account, as the transaction had to be verified or something like that. I think you're right that it takes different companies more time.

in the earnings section you can submit a query for a missing transaction and quidco will take it up with the company

Some places are slower to track than others. If after a while it still doesn't show you need to do a query. You click on Tickets to do it. Often it won't let you do it until a certain time has elapsed (maybe a month?) I've always had my queries be successful though

It does take longer for some to track than others.  Also make sure that you clear cookies before you log in to Quidco, as if you've visited the site before, it won't register as being referred by Quidco, and you don't get the cashback.

I have Firefox as my browser for Quidco as it handles cookies separately from IE

some just take longer than others i wouldnt worry about it!
