I wish everyone would come back now it's faster on here (hopefully if they did it wouldn't slow down again)...I really miss the banter and the threads on this first page have been lingering for days.

I don't want to go to the 'other' site even though I've joined...I just feel a bit weird about it...stoopid really.

I haven't even got the faintest idea how to find it so am stuck here anyway!

hmm ive just been to the other side, havent joined either, but it doesnt exactly seem to be rocking over there either, mind you i only looked in WP...

Take a look at OT on the 'other side'...it is certainly more rocking than WP

Tahdah - I think you have to face up to the fact that we've gone - the other site is so much faster, has better smilies and is like OT of old - topics changing rapidly.

Sometimes you just have to move on. People do come back to look at threads occasionally on here, as I am now, but we've moved on.

SL/the other side - is great. A real community. Try it - you just might like it!

I've been wondering what's happened here as the posts just linger for days and don't update like they used too.  Don't think I could go over there and 'betray' here though!

its really sad thou isn't it, i don't really like change!

I realise that people and places change, so I think I'll stick around here and welcome the next generation of hitchers...although I may take a peak onto the other site now and again.

I know what you mean about not wanting to abandon hitched, but poeple did try ot stick with it when it was really, really slow.

Has it improved a lot? (am posting to answer my own question)

Is the other place OK virus wise (not that here's exactly been fabulous in the past!)? I thought there was an issue with that?

JM I think it seems to be but it doesn't feel like it should be if you get what I mean!

For me I drift between the 2 but definitely can't use the other place at work so will never be there during the day.  I also find both forums as slow as each other so for me there is no difference in which one I use!
