Fashion help please - what shoes with this dress?

I bought this dress today, and I looooove it. What I love even more is that I bought it in a size 12! Whoop whoop! What does the SND population of Hitched think would work in the shoe region? I can spend up to about £50, cheaper is better though

Definitely check out New Look for shoes - my sister bought a fab pair of square toed black satin platforms (that description may sound grim but I promise the shoes aren't!)

And size 12 - go you and your badass BMF-ing!!

Go MH - size 12 is brilliant! Makes all the hard work worth it doesn't it.

Thanks everyone...I just realised I hope I didn't sound smug saying size 12, it's just it's been about 4 years since I last bought a 12, I wasn't even going to try it on but there were no 14s so I thought I'd try on the 12 to see if the 14 would most likely fit, and the bloody thing only did up!! Big surprise. I'm so happy!

Claire does the (***) mean (***) lol. Yep I am still going to BMF and loving it. Not been all this week due to a horrid cold but I'll be back Monday. Although the weight on the scales has come off slowly, this is so much better!

i like the last ones of the o9nes you have picked. have you lost alot then doing the BMF?

You have every right to sound smug - you have worked blooming hard to get to a 12! It's a massive achievement.

My scales are showing little difference - 3lbs loss in 4 weeks of doing BMF (twice a week) - but there is a noticable change in my figure and I can fit in some of my old size 10 stuff - though still a bit snug! Im trying to avoud the scales now as it's demotivating me a bit - going to just judge it on how my clothes fit.

Anyway, I think any of those shoes would work well with the dress - which is gorgeous by the way.

Thank you everyone, I really like all your choices O-L I'll go to NL tomorrow and choose a pair I think. NL is so great for shoes, they are so reasonably priced too!

Regards to my WL I've lost 1 stone and 6lb so far, am hoping to lose another stone if I can. Like you O-L it's been very slow to change on the scales which is a little frustrating, but like you my shaoe changing has definitely happened. I can't tell you what a boost I've had today with that size 12 fitting, it means a lot more than what I see on the scales now. Well done you on the size 10s, I'm hoping I'll get there again someday!

That's a beeyootiful dress MH and yay for it being a 12.  I like the shoes with the bows - the first ones, I think they'd look lovely with it.
