Sorry for late reply. They are coming on really well. Got alot of the main stuff sorted out so am feeling pretty relaxed about the whole thing. My mum, who told me that I wouldn't need to think about anything else for at least another six months has phoned everynight since to discuss bits and bobs!!! 
Waiting on the reception to send through sample menus and other info at the minute, should be here by the end of this week.
