  • The Inbetweeners

How could I have missed this first time round?  It's genius.  H wants to get the dvd's so he can watch them all, we were in hysterics last night watching the episode we'd sky+'d, it's the only thing that gets us laughing these days [sigh]

Anyone that hasn't seen it, you MUST watch it, it's hilarious.

We saw Greg Davies (plays the teacher) doing live stand up on saturday night and he was hilarious!

Did you know there is a certain hitcher who's house is used in the series!!!

The one we watched last night was the one where Jay (think it's Jay) was sat on his hand trying to make it go dead and his mum walks in, he's trying to shut the laptop with a limp hand ROTFL genius.

The other one that had me in hysterics was when they were on a school trip and one of them fell out of the boat ROTFL

  • Re: The Inbetweeners

My H has been watching this for some time and also has all the DVDs and literally cries with laughter at it. Apparently it reminds him of his school days.

    I just find it annoying.

H and I both love it (although we're hardly their "target market")!

I watched the one with Will's birthday and Patrice the French Exchange student the other night and was howling with laughter, although "Bus wankers" has to be my favourite line

I would never of known about it if we didn't have my brother staying with us as he watches it. Its genius, it really is. I do hope they do another series.

Tuesday nights episode was fabulous - trying to close the laptop with a limp hand ROTFL

I hope they do too - we could do with the money they pay to use our house for filming!!

I looove the Inbetweeners. My H and I watched the whole 2 series' over a weekend...it's amazing how I found so many fanny and nob jokes funny ROTFL (as essentially it's just 25 mins of that, but it works!)

    Your day your way hun

I guess you just have to have that sort of sense of humour, it's childish but oh so funny.  I find Will brilliant, the way he just keeps coming back at every line, he's fab.

I absolutely love the inbetweeners. I think my fave episode ever is when they buy alcohol and go round to Neil's house after getting alcohol, getting wasted and Will calling Neil's dad a 'bumder'  - I was crying!

Catch it, bin it, kill it.

i love this!  we have them on DVD, my favourite episode has not been on BBC2 yet, sdo i won't spoil it.

I found it on E4 yonks ago, it reminds me a bit of peep show but with teens in, and i love peep show, that also makes me laugh out loud.

    "friend, football friend"

I haven't seen this but I do love peep show, so maybe I'll give it a go

I bloody love The Inbetweeners. Every single episode has me and Mr W in hysterics. Brilliant stuff.

Gonge - I made some friends on holiday, and in the car last night mr W was saying "Holiday fwend" in the football friend voice. Laugh

    Ha! Begone you daft tickers!

  • Re: The Inbetweeners
