How on earth do I get Z in/out of the door bouncer

As the title really.  I had presumed i would just slide her in the top like you do with those baby swings in the park but  it didn't seem as easy as i had expected.  I ended up sort of sitting on the floor underneath it in a very odd position - totally visible through the front door so am glad the postman didn't arrive at that point.

I must be missing something - no surprise there !

Is it one that comes apart just above the bar that is just above the baby (does that make sense?!)

I do it by hanging the door bit, then put the baby in the baby bit while he's laid on the floor, then hold him with one arm while I clip the bar+baby to the bit hanging from the door (does THAT make sense?!)

Ah, that could make sense - and would probably be a bit easier than trying to get her in to something dangling in the air.  Will give that a go tomorrow.

I would kneel down, balance A straddled over one knee, slide her into the seat and secure the velcro straps at sides, while she is still supported on my knee.  Then when I move away she is in it nicely.  Hope that makes sense
