I am wondering if one of you lovely ladies can help me, if you are near a Mothercare store or can call your nearest one and check something....
We are having the 'Please look after me' range from mothercare, and went in and cleared most of their shelves for the twins -moses baskets, bedding etc etc. BUT they had no borders. I didnt think this would be a problem and thought Id just order online. However, the border was out of stock online, so I requested an 'email me when back in stock'. I got into work at 9 this morning and had an email sent at 05.52 saying 'back in stock'. I was so excxited and went on to order, but still said 'out of stock online' ! gah! So I rang Mothercare customer services and they said that it is a design fault, and one mustve been returned to the factory which generated the email.
she said although there are none 'in the system' there are definately some out there somewhere ! I tried my local branch southend, as well as basildon and both chelmsford branches.
Does anyone live near a mothercare anywhere else in the country that can please, please check for me? can send money by paypal or cheque or whatever for the borders, postage and a bit extra for your trouble!!
we are feeling a bit disappointed at the mo as the room just wont be 'finished' without the border.
Please help!!!
