We've got a Hotpoint dishwasher which is proved to be excellent, it's very reliable, looks smart, easy to us and wasn't overly expensive either so i'd recommend you taking a look at their range.  Also in our old house we had a basic Bosch dishwasher which was also extremely good.   When we bought this place it didn't have a dishwasher so we got the Hotpoint one as we didn't have enough spare cash for a Bosch one.

So i'd look at Hotpoint and Bosch. Big Smile

Would either go with Bosch or Neff we've had both and they've been brilliant! Gets things so clean!

We've got a basic Bosch one that has a timer so you can see how much longer the cycle has. We bought it because they seem to be reliable, were good for the money and had good efficiency and water usage ratings. (Which? gave it a good rating too.)

It's fine and haven't had any problems but its racks and cutlery trays are a bit basic. My sister has a Beko one, which also has good energy efficiency and water usage rates, but this model has a much more impressive and user-friendly range of racks! (I have rack envy.) Good price, too.

We have an AEG one, which is fab and about 8 years old - I can't see it dying on me for ages yet either. I think it's really useful to be able to have the "vertical spikes"to hold  2 longs rows of plates or dishes in the bottom rack, but also be able to fold one set down so you can get pans in a flat section too. I love the layout of mine.
