Jonathan Rhys Meyers' girlfriend admits marriage "would be lovely"

The girlfriend of actor Jonathan Rhys Meyers has sparked rumours that the pair could be arranging their wedding photography and tying the knot.

Speaking to the Telegraph, 23-year-old Reena Hammer, creative director of Urban Retreat, said that marriage to her 32-year-old boyfriend would be "lovely".

Although she admitted that they are in no rush to order wedding flowers as she is still young, it is something that they have discussed.

"We have been together through everything in the past five years. Marriage has come up a few times as we have been together for so long, it would be lovely," Ms Hammer explained.

According to the publication, Jonathan is known for his drunken behaviour and has previously been romantically linked to his Velvet Goldmine co-star Toni Collette.

Born in Dublin, the actor also plays Henry VIII in TV drama The Tudors and appeared in adverts for Hugo men's fragrance.
