Wedding flowers 'should complement the dress'

Brides and grooms-to-be who are struggling to choose their
wedding flowers for the big day should be aware that they need to complement the
wedding dress.
At least that is the opinion of Paula Pryke Flowers, which has claimed that colour and type is everything when it comes to selecting a bouquet.
Owner of the florist store Paula Pryke explained: "Some people suit certain flowers better
[They don't] have to match every bit of the wedding, it is important that your bouquet looks perfect with your dress and enhances you and your colour."
She added that many people who want to have white flowers at their wedding are often left disappointed because there are no "truly white" petals out there and she therefore cited pale pinks and peaches as a sensible option.
Ms Pryke was giving her advice at the National Wedding Show at Earls Court last week, which featured around 300 wedding exhibitors and a wedding dress catwalk show.
