Gisele marries NFL hunk at sundown

Supermodel Gisele Bundchen has tied the knot with fiance, American football star Tom Brady, in an intimate ceremony at a private California wedding venue.

The 28-year-old Brazilian beauty confirmed months of media speculation regarding the high-profile couple's wedding planning by getting hitched at dusk on Thursday (February 26th), reports reveal.

Last month, Gisele and 31-year-old New England Patriots quarterback Tom announced their engagement after two years of dating.

US Weekly confirmed that the bride wore a fitted, ivory lace strapless wedding dress with a long train, designed by couture fashion house Dolce & Gabbana, accessorised with a romantic floor-length veil.

After the newlyweds exchanged vows, guests were welcomed back to the couple's multi million-dollar pad for a lavish reception.

Tom's toddler son John with ex-girlfriend, actress Bridget Moynahan, reportedly attended the wedding.

Gisele was previously romantically linked to Hollywood heartthrob Leonardo DiCaprio before meeting her new hubby at the end of 2006.
