Jessica Simpson sparks rumours of a spring wedding

Wedding planning is not far from American singer Jessica Simpson's mind lately, as she welcomes a new arrival into the family, reports suggest.

Following the birth of baby Bronx Mowgli Wentz to sister Ashlee last week, proud aunty Jessica, 28, has her heart set on sharing some happy news of her own, a source revealed.

"She definitely wants a wedding and a baby in 2009. I've even heard talk about a spring ceremony," the insider told Star magazine.

The singer and actress has been dating boyfriend Tony Romo, also 28, for the past year and according to friends, is "totally ready to settle down with him".

It won't be the first time Jessica has walked up the aisle. She wed ex-husband Nick Lachey in 2002 and was married to the singer for almost five years before they decided to go their separate ways.

Baby Bronx is sister Ashlee's first child with husband Pete Wentz, whom she married in May.
